About us

The 21st century El-bethel school chemistry classroom provides a dynamic learning environment that is student centered and curriculum-driven. The floor plan is designed for conversation, collaboration, and discovery. The classroom should contain multiple spaces that provide for long-term multidisciplinary projects, individual and small group learning, inquiry lessons, project-based learning, and problem solving. Flexibility in the arrangement of space, which includes movable workstations, is highly recommended. Universal design allows students with disabilities to fully participate and have access to all facilities, technology, and safety equipment.

El-Bethel School is proud to have a sophisticated Physics Laboratory with the latest state-of-the art facilities that equip the students to have a hands on experience. The Flat-topped tables used as student workstations allow multiple arrangements and combinations for laboratory work and small-group activities. The equipment ranges from the commonly found lens, magnet, beam balance, spring balance, glass prism to the advanced apparatus like voltmeter, ammeter and resistors and spectrometers to name a few. The laboratory is also equipped with an Interactive board and an LCD projector that allows the teachers to incorporate the latest technology in their lessons to arouse the interest and curiosity of the students. Furthermore, the spacious physics lab is designed in a way to accommodate students comfortably.

The Laboratory reinforces the knowledge acquired in the theory class by emphasizing on the fundamental concepts of physics. It aids the students understanding of using lab equipments. Moreover, it makes them realize the importance of direct observation as compared to inference based on theory. It helps the students develop a broad array of basic skills, especially experimental and analytical skills, and a general understanding of the tools of experimental physics and data analysis. The Physics lab and biology labs are so big that they take up one entire corridor.
About us
About us

Biologists recognize that knowledge based upon experimental results and accurate observations is gained through a variety of experiences. Thus, the role of the laboratory and field learning becomes a key component in understanding biology. Laboratory, field activities and inquiry provide students with opportunities to question, observe, sample, experience, and experiment with scientific phenomena in their quest for knowledge of living things. El-Bethel School vaunts an intricately designed Biology Laboratory planned to meet the demands of the advancement in science and technology. The marble worktops are heat resistant and storage cabinets are easily accessible. The laboratory apparatus ranges from simple slides, test-tube, petridishes, Bunsen burners, beakers and flasks to the composite microscopes of varying powers to observe samples and organisms closely. They are high-powered, extremely expensive, and sensitive pieces of equipment that can make even the smallest parts of a single cell seem clear. All the microscope are provided with digital eyepieces with built in 10x cameras are a great way to preview live colour digital images directly from microscope to the computer via a USB port.

El-Bethel school is having three spacious computer labs. The entire campus is networked and INTRANET facility is provided for various tasks pertaining to the daily routines. This finally has turned the campus into a paperless environment. The school also has Internet facility to the staff and the students.

Computer science is taught as an additional subject right from Lower Kindergarten to class X. The students of these classes are taught various software modules on different networks and different Operating systems as given below.

Computer science is taught as an optional subject for classes XI & XII. The students of these classes are taught C++, SQL, Boolean Algebra and Networking Basics.
